But why? Don't we already have phones, watches, glasses, tags, and airpods? If they were making a siri version of alexa/echo, then maybe that would make sense, but do we really need a specific apple device just to ai?
The biggest thing about what's happened today though, is how a "janitor" on the infrastructure team can shut down the entire distros ability to work on bugs. The decision to shut down should have been left to someone else like robbat.
Mgorny has consistently caused issues for Gentoo, and many people have left the community after having to deal with him, but it seems comrel/devrel can't/won't remove him for whatever reason.
Edit: it looks like bgo is up now. Hopefully it stays that way.
Pretty strange to see a bunch of articles all at once proclaiming doom for Larry... I mean, everyone has their bad days, but I still have a hard time believing that oracle fails while he's still alive.

Yes, in the grand scheme of things, waiting a few additional seconds to check my local imap server (because my DMZ gets bogged down) isn't a huge deal, but that doesn't mean I have to like it, or allow it to continue.
It costs them nothing to blame the user for clicking links that they don't trust, even though they're hosting the links...
What is there to know? It goes up and down, and don't stick your arm inside...
