A startup on demo day raises $25m post.

7% on 150k means it's 11.7 multiple.

And 7% on 125k means its 14.7 multiple.

That's +3x jump on every deal.

Now let's say company exited at $1b.. the difference in multiple is +100x!!

Give that person a raise YC, whoever suggested to go down to $125k.

As somebody else has suggested below. This 375k is mostly cheaper way of buying prorata at series A

Not the best editor for schema design I would say. MySQL workbench is great in that respect. Wish something of that sort existed for other dbs.

I have NOT come across connection invalidation problem though.

We use dbeaver internally (and we hate it). But it is free and our engineers get by with most of what's required from tool like it.

And dashbase looks like a well done product for a new project - what does you stack looks like frontend and backend ?

And have to agree with others that dashbase is pricey though!

It will be nearly impossible to convince management to pay $600 per year.
