If everything goes as planned, it will be implemented by 2030.
I expect you to behave in similar manner.
Don't learn anything, it isn't going to provide any technological benefits to your company, since other people already know it.
There were already many people who knows, how to do things. Does it mean, it isn't going to provide any value?
Well, if your thought is as narrow as such, then you shouldn't have learned any language and know how to speak. Because, it's something every human learns from one another.
It does provide scientific and technological benefits maybe not to you, but to India and it's neighboring countries.
You can go through the comments of Youtube for more clarification.
BHIM (Bharat Interface for Money) developed by National Payments Corporation of India.
- Transferring money from one personal account to any new account (adding a beneficiary account) would take more than 4 hours.
- One needs to login each and every time to transfer money.
- There is a chance of forgetting password and account being locked on multiple tries.
- Extra charges for transferring money.
All this problems were solved by BHIM new UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
- Linking bank account with app (takes less than 1 minute)
- Transferring money doesn't have any extra charges
- No password, but 4 to 6 digit pin for transaction.
- Safe, transaction can be done only from mobile which is linked with bank.
Additional benefits,
There is no need to give personal information, one can provide UPI address or Virtual UPI address.
In Google Pay app,
If my Gmail account is xyz@gmail.com
Then my UPI would be, xyz@ok{bankname}
If my bank is SBI,Then my UPI is xyz@oksbi
Mentioning this address, anybody can make a payment or request one.
Edit: Formatting
Indeed it is important for us to store financial data within the country to stop non tax abiding citizens.
Money laundering is also a huge problem. Citizens were being educated, not to take cash in large amounts, for the same reason.
Even after demonetization, government was not able to get rid of black money.
Edit: grammar
> Buddhist thought has historical played a major roles in both cultures
Buddhism was born in India, but never spread across country in any considerable amount, other countries took up on it. The place where Buddha was born and enlightened is in modern day Bihar, you rarely find any Buddhist there.
India is very diverse, we have 22 official languages (~1000 unofficial), and for many languages writing scripts change, within 100 to 200km dialects and languages keep changing. Food keeps changing, climate keeps changing. People's behaviour keep changing. Dressing style, music, dance,... keeps changing. Nothing stays the same.
Government have recently released a educational draft, indicating children should be tri-lingual (native language, Hindi, English) and many people straight out opposed it, indicating they don't accept Hindi, as in near future there language may go out of existence.
The main problem is we cannot communicate properly, with each other from other places.
India is in no way similar to China, except for huge population numbers.
Despite being colonized for ~800 years(600 years under Muslim rulers, 200 years under British), culture haven't changed, think how stubborn people are.
We are a mess in it's own way, but we somehow survive and flourish slowly.
A good modern day example would be, Indian election.
Indian media and left tried there best to spread anti-modi movement (~5 years), no media channel have expected modi to win majority in 2019, but it came to be quite opposite.
Even now, all media channels are doing some analysis, how did this happen.
There is an old saying ( loosely translated), If you are having a discussion with 5 chinese and 5 Indians about a problem. All Chinese come up with one solution, Indians come up with atleast 6 different ideas.
Thank you.
It's not something like demonetization, to not have any discussion.
They are trying to link up all Indian water bodies.

But, what I'm surprised of is, many plants didn't dry up. And they are in good condition.
Solving one problem after other doesn't work in real-life. Things should be handled simultaneously.
Coming to defense,
If you look through the Indian history, It is one of the most exploited country for several different reasons.
Considering our huge population, we are in short of defense equipment from very long time, until many years we don't have money to buy.
Different branches of defense were requesting government for equipment from so many years. Now NDA government is buying.
If whole world is one country, obviously it would have been a much better place to live, but what we have is what we have.
We have disputes with Pakistan, China.
China is extending their defense around Indian borders.
In-case China attacks India, then we should be sustainable enough to at-least defend the attack.
Edit: India uses ~2.4% of GDP, which is similar to many other countries.

The actual problems like versioning, error handling and generics (may be) are being worked on.
I have seen many new learners find it hard to learn what packages mean, and how about teaching them private, public, static, ...
I filed a bug report, only one version of it is fixed, later versions were just displaying same old pages.
I didn't yet complete my Under Graduate course, because I failed in 3 subjects.
I'm being paid more than my colleagues who completed the course from same college.
Even they look similar.
But it does work on all platforms.
One more issue is usability, since os desktop environments, doesn't support web-apps. One needs to pack it with electron or something similar to it.
Which increases your application size and memory usage.

Even now when ever I try to use it, it is slow, and e eating up a lot of ram, scrolling doesn't look smooth enough. Whenever loading a new page, load time is clearly visible it used to work fine back in 2017.
My main desktop environment is KDE Plasma but I use evince for now while reading.
But if one looks at the European countries history, they have mostly looted from various other countries.
It's seems completely fine for them to look up all the bad practices done by google.(where no human life is lost)
One should also look at what their countries have done in past and pay the affected countries for their wrong doing.
But in these case they seem to say we aren't responsible for what our ancestors have done.
What I mean is, It's fine if google have done something wrong in the past.
Layout the rules now, if they cross it, then fine them.
Now, I think this is exploiting power, just because they can.
It seems EU is digging laws to earn money from American companies.
It's very weird when EU punishes someone by digging up their past and without looking into oneself of the horrible atrocities one have done.
While in this case, it seems to make sense to say we aren't responsible for what's done in past.
Other major religions like Christianity, Islam were forced upon people.
Sadhguru and ram dev baba were famous in India for yoga and meditation.
Sadhguru speaks in English, if it helps. By the way sadhguru speeches are just awesome.

The problem with citizens of developed countries or those with rich background is, they haven't seen how real problems look like.
They usually cry for very silly things.
Things cannot be perfect.
The more woman ask for equality, the more alone they are going to end up, because men feel fearful even for approaching, who knowns what kind of mentality the other person have.
A person did put in the same effort as the other one for learning something.
Since a person leaves in an area which isn't properly developed or cheaper, he/she is living in order to save money or due to some other personal reasons, shouldn't be discriminated and paid less for the same talent/value the company receives.
Obviously it always feels better to live in developed areas.
When a company is receiving same quality from different vendors, they should pay the same for different vendors irrespective of their origin of locations.
The problem is with people and everybody are in a hurry.
Following traffic rules makes it slow, building bigger roads is not possible because lot of shops from streets are to be closed, even though the land belongs to government's.
People follow traffic signals only when there is a traffic police, rest of the time they don't.
Accident rates are much normal, they don't happen in high rate considering such a huge population.
If I'm rewriting a tool like Awk in go, then coming up with new name is hard and naming it as goawk, means it is a reimplemention of Awk in go.
If one names it as xyz, then it would probably gain less attraction, and in comments people would complain that this is a reimplemention of Awk in go.
