I see this a lot in young people. They trust the cloud and privacy isn’t a big deal. That attitude will not change until something bad happens on a large scale that wakes the masses.
I think this matches up well with how centenarians typically grew up around farm animals. Early exposure to disease builds a stronger immune system to tackle issues later in life.
I get what you are saying but to retake a well shot scene in order to have a better dubbing experience doesn't make sense. I encourage you to make a film to test your idea, though :)
The whole article reads as a “it’s not MY fault, it’s the crooked banks’ fault this happened”.
There are plenty of interest calculators online where she could have predicted this outcome. This isn’t rocket science. With every story like this the writer had zero issues with taking the money and the moaning only starts when they are forced to pay.
Agreed. All the directors I have worked with have required multiple takes for certain scenes. The cost of an additional take is small and the reward of a better shot greatly outweighs that cost.
I’d rather control the data myself. I view cloud hosted password providers as huge attack targets and they generally get hacked eventually (roboform, lastpass, etc). At least if you control where the data is stored your data can be kept off the radar so to speak.
