the great thing about Revolut is that a) you can create multiple free virtual cards (with numbers different than the physical card) b) you can attach spending limits on each c) you never use the physical card details online d) you can cancel a card as soon as you notice a suspicious transaction which you have not done yourself - for this you can even use the virtual disposable card number. If a subscription was authorised previously on a card, you should have the track record from the transaction history, too.

Use Revolut for no exchange rate fees added while paying in foreign currencies; also with disposable virtual debit card numbers for extra security when payment gateways or websites do get compromised.

Revolut is well positioned to launch an alternative p2p multi-currency (fiat) for both consumers and businesses with the partnership with Stripe [0].

I found the approach of disposable virtual card numbers (Visa and Mastercard) that Revolut is giving to each app owner for free is amazing. This number (always different) can be autopopulated from a browser plugin during checkout from the PC and has a very smooth user experience. I don't need to take a card out of my wallet or open the smartphone app to do this. I am happy and regulator is happy too, in this case.

Revolut is already working in the real time payment space for consumers and B2B, cross-country and cross-currency (mobile for consumers and B2B APIs for businesses) and it's active in EU, USA and Asia (SG, JP, AU) and expanding its footprint.

This is a good update, than you for the resources. One only point to add to your last one: Revolut, already very popular in Europe, is also present in USA now. QR codes are already supported, as well as instant phone to phone payments with either phone number, name alias (uniqueID).
