Going to play devil's advocate and ask, did you really expect a tech company to encourage children to avoid all of their products and go play outside like they did 30 years ago when these companies never even existed? Of course they want children and people of all ages on their services. It's in their best interest to get the majority of folks using their platform.

There's an app on the Play Store called "Bixby Remapper", let's you choose nearly anything you want that button to do.

Honestly it's been extremely useful and I'd recommend it to all S8/Note8 users.

I disabled the Bixby button on my S8 and remapped it to open Spotify. It's become way more useful than originally anticipated.

What are you good at? It'll be tremendously faster to build a web application using a technology or framework you're already familiar with than it will be to LEARN and then build. It sounds like you're looking for something like a MEAN stack generator or the like, check out Yeoman if you're into JS development.

This is the answer whether most choose to admit it or not.

Years ago folks would never consider the option of summoning a stranger (not a taxi, a stranger in their own vehicle) to come pick them up at their home and drop them off where they were going. However, today everyone living in any substantial metropolis does it in a heartbeat. Why? It's time-efficient, we've got well-established services that hold "some sort" of accountability and it's the most convenient option in most cities.

Today almost no one would be willing to say "Yeah I'll take a self-driving car to the airport" because the process has yet to be proven successful. After all, it's _only_ 2017... give it 10 years and we'll see what the majority are doing. It's about what people do not what they say they will do. Actions speak louder than words.

Personally, I don't like flushing toilets around the world because there are a million ways to do it. I'm surprised something like that did not get standardized internationally or nationally or even across a brand. I understand it's cutting water costs in a lot of places by having a lite flow + regular with the dual press but it's wildly inconsistent. I've pulled the lever, pushed a button, pushed a half button, pulled a string hanging from the ceiling.. is this just something that we mutually agree is fucked? Or is it just me?
