If there is big issue in future, you can summon European intelligence at court.
I thought 'Right to be forgotten' was something organisation like EFF stand for.
Countries which recognised the problem and took charge of it are doing good now, eg Ireland.
Greek politics looks quite bad. They need a market friendly government who can indeed do reforms. Sadly, left parties have the majority.
Only way forward I guess is to force reform down their throat by IMF/EU first and then hope they realize it then continue it. That's what happened in India in 1991 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economic_liberalisation_in_Ind...
While exiting might be good in the long run, you make it sound like it will be all right. If they exit, Greece will suffer worst and will need humanitarian help to save it's citizens.
Remember, Argentina still can't raise capital from market even after more than a decade.
Above title is not title of the article. Mods please change?
This is kind of thing I want to do (and lot of other developers too I guess) going forward. A niche tool, open source, a way to make sustainable business on top of it.
They call it dream.
There are few other changes for release, notably SemVer adoption. For detailed Roadmap, see https://www.djangoproject.com/weblog/2015/jun/25/roadmap/
Thanks a ton, I didn't know that yet. I also find MySQL cli very easy to work. But that's going to change now, it seems.
That new constructions are excluded from rent control.
Thing is I can't really find this in German media. Only British media seems to write gist of this new regulation, which seems quite odd.
I rented apartment last year and they increased rent by more than 40%.
In Berlin, there is interesting issue now. A friend lives in a apartment for 12 years, pays only 250 €. He says rent was increased by only € 1 during those years. If he moves to some new place, he will have to pay between 900 - 1000 € for same type of apartment cause rents are raising fast.
So either they should allow to increase rent to existing tenant or control how much landlord can raise for new tenant.
Otherwise, I will be paying 900 € whereas my neighbour next door will only be 250 € for same apartment cause she is living there for years.
I heard few companies like Zalando can pay in that range for good developers. Most of the IT companies in Berlin seem to be startups with no/limited funding, thus low salary.
Around 50-55k Euro gross is enough to live comfortably. Even for someone who came here from Asia, I find grocery stuffs, beers etc very cheap. Rents are going up, but still cheap. I live in 42 meter square studio flat for around 500 at the centre of the city (current rate should be between 600-800).
