Another potential issue for some people might be well known acronyms .. example for input : 'I don't love UK as some areas can be a bit rough' UK is not appearing in top 10 results also.
You might be right about email/push, but it certainly comes handy if minimal config is required.
But have added couple of extra features in send.rest
1) Calling external APIs ( Think : pull data from Facebook while running this task in future and post data on my API or send SMS )
2) Reports and retries ( Try 3 times or send me sms its failing )
3) Recurrence ( Call this task every Monday 9:00 pm )
4) SMS and Emails comes along with them ( Send SMS or Email , pick any service as your backend )
I guess without some extra features it will be difficult to get a market acceptance.
Another person can simply install Telegram
This way you can communicate to both using Telegram, one can talk to you via SMS and another via Telegram.
(Telegram or any other IM supporting API access)
Hence I came up with https://send.rest, where templates support "a JS templating language" which can be filled up with data from any API. Scheduling comes along with the package along with an option to pick any sender (SMS or email).

On Ingwe you can store templates, insert data into templates while sending email or SMS( by APIs and variables ).
