I think my only real point of "frustration" (mild at best) is that flag composability isn't always possible (eg embedding/sharing common non-root flags across flag structs), IIRC struct tag eval doesn't reach nested types.
Other than that though, it's one of those nice libraries that just does a thing and gets out of your way.

I assume you mean Google Maps :)
However, you don't even need a honeypot - for example, Saddam Hussein's purge.
(I'm not a political or historical scholar, so it's entirely possible there are details or nuances I'm not aware of or don't fully understand, but it's what came to mind when I read this.)
Maybe he's bored all the rest of the time in the month when they're not having coffee together (the other 95%+ of the month)
That said, I agree with your points, and I personally prefer roundabouts to queuing stops. They flow so much better, and really help to improve congestion/bottlenecking.
These days, I generally avoid games that are multiplayer-only, and for games with multiplayer elements, I try to avoid those and focus on single-player elements instead.
It could be selection bias based on my gaming preferences, of course, but based on feedback I've heard from others who play games that I do not, it seems to be largely the same everywhere multiplayer is involved.
Just because they can't pay it doesn't mean there shouldn't be repercussions. That would be like saying that a person can't be fined because they don't have the money. AFAIK the judicial system will happily levy costs on you that you can't afford, and it is 100% a "you problem".
We've got it better than pretty much every other type of animal life on earth (with a few exceptions) - insects or our pets, for example - so while we might not have "cosmological endurance", let's call it, we've still got it pretty good. :)
Agreed that it's a shame we can't explore everything, though!
Is this hyperbole? That is tremendously disturbing if not. Even if it was presented for illustrative purposes, that is in extremely poor taste.
Cynically, as time goes on, it feels more and more as though we exist to be maximally extracted from, rather than to enjoy any intended benefit (where the benefit is not a happy byproduct that exists only because it is massively subsidized by aforementioned extraction).
Doesn't really roll off the tongue though.
The overwhelming number of families do not benefit from tech incomes, and actually do require more than one person to contribute to the household income.
The more that time goes on, the more that I feel like email is predominantly a combination of "automated account features" and "ambiguously-actionable spam". I'm sure some folks have meaningful communication via email, but for me - as much as I hate to say it - email is mostly a dead medium in which everything is suspicious by default because SNR is overwhelmingly low.
Quite so, at least empirically speaking (in my own observations, anyway).
I guess a natural follow up would be, is there any feasible external (to such a group) or general (trans-group) impetus to either (a) increase abstract reasoning or (b) avoid "baser" framing, assuming that's not intrinsically pointless? Obviously with e.g. politics, this is the goal of many folks (to incite emotionally rather than engage rationally, or to mask emotion as rationality), but I wonder how feasible it is to increase rational discussion (through abstraction, or other means) about rational topics for the sake of productive discourse.
Okay, I'll bite. Care to expand? What behavior, and why is it bad? Why should users not expect a "suspend" state to work (more or less) as advertised?
edit: Or are you arguing that the only "correct" states are running and complete shutdown? Why would that be preferred?
