@jeeshan, I'm assuming you're the author. Why have these practices (archaic maintenance of lists) been maintained?

While this may seem ludicrous (eliminating the appeal of your free stock photos over paid ones) this is common practice after a series of emails looking to elaborate on this point with a few of the services.
With Facebook's Messenger application, every time I open it up, after a delay of a second or two a splash screen pesters me to turn on Notifications interrupting my flow of whatever I was reading or composing. This is a true nuisance and I hope they fix this in coming updates.
Look around your local area for meetups for a language you enjoy, interact and participate with the Open Source community if that is not possible, and paradoxically the harder you try to think of the Next Big Thing the harder time your brain will have. Start off first by building something you think is cool and not necessarily a great idea.
The best feature, if you are concerned about quality of search and privacy, is the bang syntax[1]. !g $search and you can have the best of both worlds.
I think the only measurable change would be the amount of clones would increase (like the Flappy Bird / Threes&2048 fads)
