mudx··on Armed with traffic cones, protesters are immobilizing driverless cars
You could literally put a traffic cone between the doors, and it would prevent the elevator being able to go up and down until someone moved the cone—exactly the same as the car.
mudx··on Long Covid, Cognitive Impairment, and the Stalled Decline in Disability Rates
College graduates may be less likely to be exposed to larger quantities of COVID molecules (e.g. driving via car, vs taking the subway, or any other number of possibilities), or perhaps they had better treatment of their COVID due to their financial capabilities.
mudx··on Batch Thumbnail Generator w/ Drag and Drop support
Ahh, like a sticky? To match the two. Good idea. Thanks :)
mudx··on Batch Thumbnail Generator w/ Drag and Drop support
It's strange because the generator is HTML5 flat-file... maybe it's Wordpress? Meh.
mudx··on Batch Thumbnail Generator w/ Drag and Drop support
This is a HTML5 batch thumbnail generator, so nothing is processed on the server side. We restarted the server, try again when you get some time :)

mudx··on Dynamically generating MIDI in JavaScript
An option for browsers that don't support Quicktime is a Java to Javascript bridge that exposes portions of the MIDI framework (could be used as a fallback): http://mudcube7.blogspot.com/2010/08/dynamic-midi-generation...
mudx··on Drawing application in 1kb of Javascript
I should have mentioned it's for the js1k.com competition - which is why it's in <canvas>.
mudx··on Drawing application in 1kb of Javascript
Very similar. I'm not challenging Actionscript developers, this is an entry to the JS1k.com competition. I don't understand why it's being compared to C++ (a language that isn't web compatible) and Actionscript (a very fine language, but not part of the JS1k competition).

FYI - there is no war between HTML and Actionscript, the whole tension around that has really been getting to me. They are both good, I use both - PixelBender is especially amazing. I don't see why when anyone mentions HTML5, Javascript, or <canvas> it triggers so many emotions. We're all trying to push the web forwards together.

mudx··on Drawing application in 1kb of Javascript
True. The point is how easy is on the programmer.
mudx··on ColorJack: Automatic color chooser for complementary colors.
You can save the URL of the color scheme by clicking the "sphere" link on the right hand side of the webpage. Is this the save feature you were looking for? Or something else?
