replication support is recently added to cstore_fdw. You can replicate a cstore_fdw table to another server using streaming replication.
mtuncer··on Cable TV as you know it is finally coming to the end of its road
except that it is not.

Apple and freedom to operate is rarely used in the same sentence. I really doubt claims in this marketing document are accurate.

mtuncer··on Brief history of the 160 character length of SMS (2009)
this article has many commonalities with wikipedia entry

sms should be considered as 140 bytes (not just 160 chars). it drops to 70 chars if you are to use unicode encoding.

mtuncer··on The best way to nab your dream job out of college? Be born rich
It is similar to saying "money does not make you happy, but lets you seek it at more places"
mtuncer··on 5 advantages of custom software development
custom development should never be the first choice. $500 off the shelf software could save you from spending $50000 on custom software plus added benefit of support and future upgrades (at a cost of course). Not to mention it would have been tested better.

If you do not find a software that addresses your needs, than it is a different story. Even than, custom developed part should be kept at minimum at possible by using ready commercial and free open source components.
