It seems like there are plenty of uses for 'middle-man' integrators like this, that would receive an HTTP POST and then relay that information on by sending sending a POST.

MMS goes to email, if you have SMS to email enabled. Does not show up in GV however.

RunMyProcess a startup from Paris, France does this. http://www.runmyprocess.com . I teach university students how to use this. Impressive product. Sort of like an enterprise-level configurable IFTTT.

I think it would be useful to add a column to specify if the hosted services provides an API and if it is REST-ful.
