mrfusion··on Lilium achieves first main wing transition for all-electric aircraft [video]
That’s true but runways are quite long and we need several of them at least.

And we wouldn’t need the same level of centralization for small landing pads.

I was actually just thinking that VTOL aircraft could solve the housing crisis considering we’re using 1000s of acres of prime real estate in every city for airports. Anyone want to flesh out that idea and write it up?

(I’d be curious if anyone could correct my thinking instead of downvoting)

I found this in the US too. They were close to MSRP but each dealer had a different mandatory package of junk adding at least 6k.

I looked at my itemized bill and I had actually paid $200 for a phone cable.

Oh and one dealer had mandatory financing.

Is there any way to block that?

mrfusion··on Toyota’s prototype 'cartridge' is a way to make hydrogen portable
Not only that but for those five minute gas fill ups you can’t really leave the pump.

Maybe a 20 minute fill up where you can do other things at the same time isn’t that much worse.

mrfusion··on Toyota’s prototype 'cartridge' is a way to make hydrogen portable
Man, Toyota is totally pulling a Sears here. They’ve been the leader in hybrids for decades and it wouldn’t have taken much to gradually parlay that into EV’s.

Instead they keep doing this bizarre hydrogen fixation.
