I've also sometimes paid for images for my articles. If Medium made is super easy (and cheap) to find and buy images for an article, I'd use it.
Have no idea if these revenue streams could scale to the degree Medium needs, though.

To run the code, press the play icon in the top right corner. When you hover over it, it says 'Run code'.
We clearly have some UX challenges here :)
But I might be wrong of course.
Also, a few people have asked us how to create content, so we're obviously not making it clear enough. To do that, simply create an account (with GitHub) and start screencasting in our browser editor.

Finally, I want to mention that we're applying for YC this spring. If any of you have any tips or connections you think we should speak with, please let me know :)
Would love to speak to you as well, my email is per@scrimba.com
I'm glad you like Scrimba, thanks!
Several of the people in my cohort didn't become a developers though, as they didn't seem to have the proper motivation to put in the necessary work (at least not to manage it in a 3-5 month period).

I'd recommend starting with the Kaggle Bag of Words tutorial.
Otherwise, apply for jobs in Norwegian startups through this site:
Here's a quote from Michael Moore's Trump victory prediction: http://michaelmoore.com/trumpwillwin/
'And because this election is going to come down to just one thing — who drags the most people out of the house and gets them to the polls — Trump right now is in the catbird seat.'
I'm wondering if most polls fail to take the above factor into account.

That being said, I think it's a great course, and would highly recommend it to anyone who thinks they're up for it. But there are other courses that provides an easier gateway into ML.
Most of the times I've struggled with ML has been related to the fact that I've been trying courses/tasks that have been above my level. Once I find content which is tailored to my level, ML isn't that hard after all.
I definitely want to do more ML in the future, one way or the other.
