Call it Vibes.

For such an ambitious project, bugs at this stage are totally reasonable. The problem is that they're front and center following months of hype and promotion.

And there's nothing wrong with building momentum either, Famo.us has really done a solid job generating the buzz. But if you are going to take that route, then yes, the details at launch-time are dang important.

I'm very intrigued by the premise and think the progress is tremendous. But I can't really blame folks for their initial reactions and that's kind of a shame.

Congrats on building a great idea! Cheers!

Sorry I'm lame and just did it with jQuery instead of classic DOM action. :P

Gonna be nuts!!

This is awesome. Well done!

Not at all. This is ultimately an epistemic issue - what do we mean by "known"? What property does the largest known prime have that the next largest prime lacks? How can we articulate the difference? These are the types of questions philosophy asks.

you are the definition of hustling badass. gumption was a good adjective used here. cheers to your work and may one day we meet at the top ;)

Anyone wonder about "Guy sleeping on the couch next to my MacBook."? Doesn't the app use the computer's camera to take pictures?

Yea was sent that yesterday but didn't look much into it until now. Wow, it's pretty impressive. Props to Phillip for doing the complete product on his own.

I've found some data sources online (different ones for each sport). It's probably not totally legal but I'll post the links when I get home.

Thanks for the feedback!

I took out asking for publish_stream permission so instead all sharing is done through Facebook Dialogs. I think now the app is at minimum friction and maximum sharing. What do ya say?

We have an option that says "Notify friend when I agree or disagree" to promote virality. It defaults to false, but I should clarify this in the note.
