Surprising how when a protonmail account is deleted the British Police lose records.

https://twitter.com/brokenbottleboy/status/1654887076305817600?t=P3nzerFOCWnkXk_6d9TtFQ&s=19

The british state, the police, the nhs still use suicide to cover up the murder of people who have been abused by employees of the state.

There isnt a day that goes by where I dont want to end my life in a way where I dont suffer, I wont use the word humane, because if life in the UK is considered humane, then to be human is to torture. Just for the record!

The Nazi's get hauled over the coals for their torture, the british dont because its better to split everyone up and torture them individually and its still going on today.

Hogeweyk is modelled after uk villages which are basically prisons for those who have no money, no identification, no transport, 24/7 surveillance, all legislated for by successive govt's, local councils and parish councils, and many will be quick to remind me the room I spend all my waking hours in, an intellectual form of solitary confinement, is smaller than a prison cell!

God save the King. What a facist regime...

I've seen Police plant drugs in an attempt to frame someone, initimdate and harrass people and then fine people, I've seen NHS nurses try to stab people multiple times, throw toddlers across a room and shake them vicously, I've seen HMRC Tax inspectors strangle people and pass off as coppers to fuck them over, carry out VAT fraud and defraud people, I've seen military commit a variety of crimes on people including kids, I've seen politicians threaten people, I've seen primary and secondary school teachers abuse kids, I've seen GP's abusing people. All of these peoples are still walking free.

The uk is probably one of the few countries still pulling off Hitler's große Lüge!

Go on reddit, select different regions including Everywhere and find the posts on the front page are all the same whatever the region selected. /r/ThereWasAnAttempt

MDR Hookworm, the highly zoonotic stealth biological weapon used to control the public through experts giving out bad advice. # Its surprisingly easy holding someone prisoner in the UK as good as dam it in solitary confinement especially when the govt decides to do it. Its enough to drive you to suicide and I've tried 3 times. Even the GP told me how to do it with paracetamol and alcohol. As Gerald Ratner proved, people want to believe in fairy tales which is why a Govt and their employees can do what the fuck they want!

The worst pedo's and child abusers are parents working for the govt, with masonic friends in the police, nhs and education system. Well connected Govt employees get to cover up so much shit!

I used to tell hyacinth bucket I'd choose her nursing home thinking she'd go to prison, now I know that wont happen. Criminals run the UK.

Life in the UK where I cant even get a Rpi webserver up to tell the world about the child abusing pedo's walking free because they are govt employees.

Even this website https://web.archive.org/web/19990427221438/http://www.rose-associates.demon.co.uk/ which I put up for a relative only has the front page now after the original paperwork was destroyed, the only copy being in my possession and thats when the govt got the archive removed. Even the wayback machine wont answer my emails asking why its been taking down!

Jimmy Saville and Prince Andrew are the tips of the iceberg!

The sexism in society is on display with people protesting about Sarah Everard, if its a bloke tough shit got to suck it up!

What amazes me is how many people take it upon themselves to hassle and intimidate victims of their govt child abusing pedo's, thats why I can say govt, police and nhs cover up their colleagues crimes by labling people as suicide victims.

The BBC demonstrate their hacking abilities with their Micro:bit

Its torture living in the UK, cant get off this overcrowded island, but it would be bliss to simply escape who I have to live with! Cant do that with money and cant get a job, ended up apply for jobs in indeed.com that had been filled 3 years ago. A masonic reference, much like the 3 military personel who turned up on holiday and reminded me the govt is in charge. Havent been on holiday for a number of years now as a result of the employees of the state to be in charge. Dare not leave the house now. 24/7 surveillance.

Ways to spot abusive mothers, they push their kids into the military to get them killed, fortunately I resisted but not before the military knew enough about me.

Thats why I told Liz Truss I never thought I'd get radicalised living here in Weeting. Its a fucking wonder I havent ended up in jail yet for murder!

My abuse started, or rather what I can remember of it, was when I was first taught to write. I picked up the pen with my left hand and mother freaked out. Taught me to write with my right hand.

Other forms of abuse, when not feeling well being force fed, then throwing up that food before even getting down from the table and then being beaten up for throwing up the food because money doesnt grow on trees. Cant prove any of this because I was the first born on my own living in the middle of nowhere. Through out my childhood, my evening meals often tasted of washing up liquid, was I being poisoned or was it the residue from people not rinsing the dishes? Couldnt complain because I'd get beaten up. Kids should be seen and not heard.

I often think an autism diagnosis is a politically correct way of hiding childhood trauma so bad victims dont remember the events.

Still the govt looks after its own, been told numerous times.

Exactly, they could start teaching law in a concept understandable manner from primary school age, concentrating on what can cause the damage mentally and physically, like the spread of germs from a young age. But they dont, so kids cant even protect themselves in an offline world and the state gets to maintain its air of pseudo respectability whilst most people dont understand how the state is causing lifelong trouble.

If an app is set up to output all variables, doesn't debugview or debugview++ effectively give you the same ability to step back in time?

Of course, it means adding code to the app to output everything to debugview where as the debugger can use the debug symbols and then log everything which is alot less work, but some languages dont come with a debugger.

Stepping back in time is useful though!

Exactly, the hourly suicide watch, keeps you awake, makes you sleep deprived, creating a situation where you are going to descend into hell, get even more cranky, get drugged even more, throwing up because the drugs make you do this, and the military can slip actors into the mental health ward to further complete their psychological torture, and thats very important because most people dont realise how the military can do things like this. The public buy the lies because there is no transparency of their methods, even GDPR documents are fabricated in some cases, which gives more credibility to people like Virginia Giuffre!

Ironically what Sarah Connor goes through in Terminator 2, isnt that far from the truth, plus we shouldnt forget Religion is a legal form of insanity!

>Maybe they’re all exploiting the women in their down lines. Fair. But why are people reluctant to tell their stories?

Fair? You have just explained that its fair for the workers at the lowest and lower tiers of any company to be exploited.

MLM is just a type of business, Ann Summers in the UK and Ann Summers parties is another example besides the US Mary Kay, how ever unlike Mary Kay, Ann Summer parties were exposing kids to sex toys and lingerie, especially as some of the poorest lived in small homes with no where to hide the "sales catalogues" and the toys, or the disruptions to kids that ensued when you got a group of sex starved women together round a house.

Remember the world hysteria comes from the Greek word hystera which means uterus as in hysterectomy.

In general the MLM's that tend to work is because they rely on the sales persons buying into said products. Female MLM selling female jewellery, I think there was a jewellery company called Pandora that did this, female MLM selling cosmetics eg Avon, Vorwerk vacuum cleaners being another.

Thing with MLM is its just a particular way of selling products, some are like franchises like McDonalds in that you have to hand over money before accessing the brand's products to sell on. Some are door to door, others are established in their own bricks and mortar retail outlet of sorts, other online only, or sometimes both.

MLM is just one way of getting staff lock in and selling to the public. IS it any more exploitative than other methods? Thats a legislation issue, just like uber and the london black cab drivers have found out.

Politicians can screw over groups of people with the ballot box.

> In any other market, if the product doesn't work or harms someone the company goes out of business or the maker is sued.

Not strictly true, here in the UK you wont get refunds for drug treatments that dont work if seeing a private gp (or vet), thats why the NHS exists, its harder to sue the NHS in those conditions.

NICE who decide what drugs to use, is veiled in secrecy unless you can attend one of their public meetings, just like its impossible to attend every court case, its a form of resource burning which only the rich entities can afford.

IF you do challenge any drugs, you'll get passed from pillar to post until you under up in the govt's lap and they make the rules up as they go along, but its very hard to get any recourse unless you can afford expensive lawyers who know the technicalities to use as an approach vector.

moremetadata··on Salmonella-in-eggs controversy
Thats interesting because the egg white is rich in avidin which binds biotin which inhibits many bacterial pathogens, but not viruses because flu vaccines are grown in sterile eggs. The BBC broadcasted this with cross rail plague pits when they got a bod from porton down in to explain some of this stuff.

I can find these studies suggesting salmonella inhibits biotin in the gut[1], and this link suggesting a biotin deficiency can increase susceptibility to salmonella [2].

However one thing that can not be disputed is the reduction in choline intake from the egg yolk would have dumbed down the nation much like covid has dumbed down the world aka brain fog.

Maybe we need a law to sue political parties out of existence if they screw the nation.

As to Code signing, if you have a Dunn and Bradstreet number for you business, its fairly straight forward getting a coding signing cert and there's different types which you can buy for your app, but it just means you have passed an identity check, the reports I've seen of the hurdles you have to go through are reduced the more you pay, ie Digicert is purportedly less time consuming than cheaper code signing CA's.

Considering things like GDPR and other data protection legislation around the world, I'm not aware how these CA's can verify identification documents because the companies or entities that make the documentation used for identification purposes cant give out your data, ergo they cant confirm or deny if the identification document is genuine or not.

And even if you did codesign your app, the end user company would probably hash your app and restrict its ability to use certain things on the computer in much the same way sandboxes do for web browsers.

Group Policy is one of the ways to lock an app's abilities down, but that's a job in itself if special GPO templates are not purchased to save on time.

eg https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/so...

If you want the appearance of being genuine, I'd probably get a code signing cert, at the very least your users wont get the orange UAC prompt, especially if your app uses certain api's which required UAC elevation and/or also depending on your manifest file.

moremetadata··on Hackers could try to take over a military aircraft; can a cyber shuffle stop it?
Unless its wired and shielded, changing the ip addresses probably wouldn't help.

IF F35's at the end of the runway before take off are giving out RF signals which can be interpreted, it might pay to then drone in a device to silently capture more of the RF when inflight and then transmit the captured data for later analysis.

If the canopy is left open when in its bunker, there are a few holes inside the cockpit which might provide a place to hide such a device. A bit of a Mission Impossible type thing. https://youtu.be/JP0TDw0m7Nc?t=295

Would need a competent drone operator and someone competent at building such a device. There may well be jammers around a base, things that can knock out GPS.

Could go for the audacious approach and drop a smart phone in that doesnt move around when pulling G's, but that depends on the checks the pilots make and what could be hidden inside a cockpit. I would expect the checks to be strict because you dont want anything loose causing the joystick to get stuck!

Research from places like Youtube could help and google can help with images. https://www.google.com/search?q=f35+cockpit Maybe even getting to sit inside one at airshows could show something up.

If that approach doesnt show anything up, best bet is probably listening into the RF when jets are nearby.

Might also pay to fly some drones over radomes like RAF Feltwell and RAF Menwith Hill to establish what direction the satellites are pointing to and also try to intercept their RF for later disassembly. Its possible F35 communication is transmitted via satellite and these satellite dishes are the weak link, even if the data is shuffled between ground based satellite systems, like between Feltweel and Menwith Hill.

In fact covering all these radomes could make it easier to hack the networks.

Rupert Murdochs Sky already tells me these satellite communications work to high standards even with extreme weather events like cloud cover.

I also wonder if the perimeter fences around these satellite installations are big enough to avoid someone listening in outside the perimeter?

If we see some military compulsory purchases taking place quickly or Military Police with Malinois and German Shephards moving lurkers on, then that could be a clue and, like the public footpath at RAF Lakenheath being closed to the public, then you know the US & UK Mil have a weakness!

I've been told the US Mil (USAF) communication from Europe goes up via satellite at Mannheim Germany via satellite back to the US.

Dont know how true that is, not investigated.

moremetadata··on Police in England and Wales dealing with more mental health crises than ever
A mental health crisis is where the police cant charge you, so they take you to the mental hospital where you get banged up without trial, but not sectioned, drugs forcibly rammed down your throat otherwise you dont get let out any time soon for non-compliance.

The Police dont even tell you where they are taking you, basically if you dont do as they say, they arrest you and you get banged up in the cells, if you do as they say, you get banged up in a mental health ward.

To make matters worse, if you are a smoker, you are not allowed to smoke on hospital premises and because you are often stripped of your possessions in the first few days and not allowed out, with the hyper addictive changes to the tobacco, you'll invariably get one of their drugs that can incapacitate in seconds for showing any signs of violence or aggression, all be cause you cant have a smoke.

I thought the Nazi's were bad, but employees of the state take things to a whole new level.

moremetadata··on LED lighting badly suppresses human melatonin production at night
What are you trying to achieve? Because I could also add, your omega 3 intake can also be a factor, Omega 3 reduces the number of osteoclasts for the flip side of the bone health and also increase the size of neutrophils which will engulf bacteria which invariable destroy bones and leads to arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Growth hormone, either 95% of tryptophan via the kynurenic pathway or nicotinic acid on an empty stomach will increase the number of neutrophils, although medical experts will normally give intravenous growth factor aka growth hormone. Stress hormones like adrenaline will reduce the effectiveness of neutrophils (Left shift iirc) as will a B12 deficiency (neutrophil hyper segmentation). Omega 3 will increase the neutrophil size by just under 40% so that they are large enough to consume yeast cells, which makes me wonder if brewers yeast is potentially harmful. Manganese Ascorbate is also useful because much of the vit C is stored inside the neutrophils, so larger neutrophils mean high levels of Vit C, and the manganese can contribute to MnSOD to neutralise ROS inside the mitochondria and help to repair cartilage in places like knee joints.

Omega 3 also help the serotonin and melatonin in the brain and spinal fluid which also helps with getting to sleep.

When the UK govt were giving cod liver oil and malt to kids in the 50's or 60's, under the pretence of preventing Ricketts, they knew what they were doing to control future GDP and aggression levels.

Considering the Japs are experts in Vit K studies, and prescribe K2-MK4 to post menopausal women who are naturally consuming an iodine and omega 3 rich diet seafood diet and also happen to have some of the longest living females in the world, and some of the highest IQ's in the world, I think looking to them will give you more info than a typical western diet.

Just 150micrograms of T3 (Triiodothyronine - one iodine atom removed by selenium, with 80% of this T4-T3 conversion taking place outside of the thyroid gland) will half the time spent in Intensive care in hospitals. Tyrosine is the main ingredient of T3 (hormone) & T4 )pro-hormone) so your metadata for getting more tyrosine in your diet is when you start to get grey hairs.

Many govts, like the UK Govt are deliberately harming the population with their treatments provided by the health care system and what is taught at med school, which clogs up beds and pushes up house prices with the elderly who dont want to go into nursing homes. A crude example of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, an agenda many govt's are now following around the world.

And choline can also reduce stress levels by reducing the CO2 build up in the body and lungs. Choline is used in the alveoli of the lungs to facilitate the gas exchange, its also used in the cell walls and the connection between neurons. The more choline you consume, the better your physical performance and mental ability. Personally I found L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine to be best, but yet to try citicoline which is used in hospitals for brain injuries and costs about £3k a kilo.

Like I said, what you are trying to achieve?

Vit K2-MK4 Osteoblasts better than Vit K1 in my experience, ie 50mg of K1 is nowhere near as good as 5mg K2-MK4. Calcium amplifies the effects of the catecholamines which probably explains why tea drinkers prefer hard water. Military also give out tea, during and after a exercise. High Vit A and Vit D can also lead to hypercalcemia which makes you feel good. https://scholar.google.com/

Look social media is not a basic single digit mental arithmetic test, you have to view it in the context of Divergent Thinking.

The Brick Test is a simple example, how many uses can you come up with for a house brick?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guilford%27s_Alternate_Uses

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divergent_thinking

Anyway I could argue you are using rule 4 from the section Twenty-Five Rules of Disinformation found on this webpage https://cryptome.org/2012/07/gent-forum-spies.htm

There are many tentacles to the state, which in itself can create cognitive dissonance, but the other problem you have is, you cant kill an idea. Take your anger out on a cop, the law prosecutes you for murder of a human, not a uniform, ergo you cant kill an idea, like law, religion & money.

moremetadata··on Social media is a cause, not a correlate, of mental illness in teen girls
I think its an extension of the divide and conquer mentality that has existed since Roman times.

Govts are always looking to control the population, especially the military, police and media but it starts in the classroom with not running in the corridors, being made to sit for extended periods of time which makes it a stress position in some military circles.

Just look at the rivalry or disputes between different geographic regions like Europe or the Balkans, some disputes have gone of for so many generations that nobody knows what the original dispute is for.

So when you say its a psyop, yes I would say social media is, but its been hijacked by everyone and anyone. Take the Angry Karen meme, https://www.reddit.com/r/AngryKaren/

I heard this was a business interests invention to reduce the number of items women return for exchange or refund as they are the traditional shopper who do the returns. Look at how that has morphed on social media, its also a way to highlight female abuse to challenge the normal or traditional view of women in society.

In my opinion, I think alot of women become psychotic once they have kids due to the demands on their body, as whilst there is some tacit recognition of post partum psychosis, I think alot of goes unrecognised by the medical experts, in much the same way the belief in religion is a lawful medically unrecognised form of delusional thinking.
