I much prefer having an vs sql project side by side with the ef models. Keep the schema up to date in there. It can generate migration scripts by comparing the dB you want to target. Then just generate ef models from the dB.

I've been using feedly. Free version just works.

Nowadays I do all my diagrams in Figma. Its a ui tool first but its so flexible it just works for any use case. And it has a strong component functionality so once you build a library of "blocks" for you use cases it's trivial to creatr alternate diagrams.

For those dismissing figma cause its a ui tool.. I'm a dev first but did a short course on ux/ui and got introduced to it. 15 min you tube tutorial was all was needed to get it and they have a Web app that works on all oses.

Vue apps depends on webpack as well. But the vue-cli makes the whole set up a breeze. Especially v3 (currently in beta)

If the website you're building is simple you could even have vanilla html pages then attach vue to the divs that need that extra interactivity, then you won't any fancy loaders.

Can't really compare the two. while the US struggles on voter turn out. In Malta during elections there is a rabid and more than 90%+ of eligible voters vote. But its all tribal and pointless..

1. Depends on the laptop really. Some have better cooling than others. I'm training models for a few hours every day with an asus rog that has a 1060, and I'm not experiencing any throttling.

In my search for a powerful laptop I came across the ASUS ROG Strix line. They have all the specs one expects plus gtx 10x graphics (there is a huge generation leap from 9x to 10x so buying one of the more mainstream laptops with a 9x cards does not feel right) Some of the models are slim enough and its cheaper than its competitors with a similar price.

The only problem is that is way too flashy. Black and orange the the wasd keys are also bright orange. Right now I'm pondering to ignore the looks and go for it or wait for something cleaner to come out

One more vote for vuejs. Just drop it in your project and start using it, and the documentation is clear and concise.

We had a similar experience in our office. We chose Vue.js and we are all very pleased with the results. Vue is simple enough to understand and be productive in in a reasonable amount of time.

Agreed, a GUI have most of the functionality and a clear visual representation of the state of your repo. When it's not enough the terminal is once click away
