can you give examples on some use cases? seems like a cool tool, I come from ecom and was thinking of how this could solve a problem for me, but couldn't think of anything

hi thanks for the comment, our pricing is primarily around comparable companies, we didn't want to price ourselves higher than the competition as we are new entrants.

Hi Hackernews, my name is Mert and a long time lurker. My partner and I decided to build a direct to consumer ecommerce brand due to some of the downtime we've had from our regular jobs.

Knowing the amazing community of growth hackers and tech people. It would mean a lot to us if we got some feedback on how we can improve and grow our business, especially on how we can grow with ad buying etc. Any critique is welcome and look forward to any comments.

Regards Mert

hi thanks for the feedback really appreciate it! The currency converter automatically changes to the website visitors' region. TBH, we haven't had a huge amount of enquiries from Indian customers but we actually do ship it there, for the trouble here is a 15% off coupon (FUNNY15%!). I've set up shipping to India so pls let me know if you would still like to purchase. Thanks

that's a terrible way to run a business...they should just own it or fix the problem and charge whatever is fair. Tricking the users will bite them in the ass
merkul204··on “35-50% of clicks on Reddit Ads are fraudulent”
I wish they would actually address this issue in the OP's link. None of the reddit ad reps have responded to this and it's quite a shame they haven't yet...

that's super awesome to hear as a small business owner. My gf and I started http://buyfunnyaprons.com/ and running ads on IG and FB have been the only way to get exposure. FB's targeting is super advanced and allows smaller guys like us to compete with the corporates (since we can't buy traditional media like tv ads or billboards).
merkul204··on Ask HN: How do you find a reputable manufacturer
yea i second importyeti - you can plug in a manufacturer and find their suppliers directly

what is the thinnest watch you are speaking off? Is it nove.com? they claim to have the thinnest watch
merkul204··on Show HN: I made an app to learn keyboard shortcuts
i think this is a pretty cool app - there is a community you haven't really considered that would jump at this. The finance (particularly investment bankers, private equity folks) and consulting employees. They love to stroke each others' egos and show their spreadsheet and excel proficiency to others.

The whole no mouse thing is so engrained in their culture that there are even memes and hundreds of posts around communities like Wall Street Oasis around this. Consider appealing to that demographic and I am certain you will get many more downloads.

merkul204··on Ask HN: What are some projects I can build to better learn software engineering?
which institution do you teach at where your students would acquire the skills to do these? Any online classes you can point to perhaps? Thks
