This is pretty neat, I could see myself using this for convenience, but I also just renew my certificates automatically on a cronjob, which isn't too bad. In terms of alerts, Let's Encrypt already emails you when it's near expiry, no?

By the way, I tried signing up but never received the welcome / confirmation email so I couldn't get in.

The selling point was replacing brittle SQL with Python. Sounds great, but I'm not seeing where Python comes into play from that demo? Was it not shown in the video?
