nope, came here to say how good the AI was lol
massimoto··on New bill would let New Yorkers hang solar panels from windows
2-3 window ACs.
massimoto··on Agent Reading Test
Would love to see some results for different providers. The tests looks super logically thought out, but could use a TL;DR (too lazy; didn't run) output.

massimoto··on Box of Secrets: Discreetly modding an apartment intercom to work with Apple Home
Legally and ethically extremely dubious, hooked up to the box in your apartment, I can understand it. Hooked to the shared door controller, handing out access "keys" to all your friends, not great. You seem to know this based on all your attempts to avoid discovery.

For what it's worth, Cursor does support Tailwind, see their sponsors page. But certainly agree.

Date math as a service!

Super fun idea! That syllables package might not be robust enough for this purpose. Even in its documentation's super simple code samples, it estimates the word estimate wrong haha. I think that's somewhat meant to be an admission by the author that it is an estimate.

>>> import syllables

>>> syllables.estimate('estimate')

Doesn't matter in the context of making a fun web app though, cool idea!

massimoto··on A small change to improve browsers for keyboard navigation
Control + Enter worked on the first three test elements for me on Chrome + Mac. I got alerts and redirects.
massimoto··on Profiling without Source code – how I diagnosed Trackmania stuttering
Totally, great write up, just missing a true conclusion.
massimoto··on Using static websites for tiny archives
I recently wrote a static site generator from AnyBox's local database, since they currently only allow for backups via iCloud which is locked down on my work laptop. I was surprised by the peace of mind it gave me to have a nice, 100% portable version of my vast bookmark/website archives.
