marquitosplaza··on Does someone have experience with AppSumo launches?
On January 9th, we will be launching on Appsumo. Does anyone have experience with these types of launches and can give me some advice for my followr.ai SaaS? Any other kind of advice regarding Appsumo will also be very helpful

Thank you very much!

marquitosplaza··on Followr AI – Social Media Management Tool
Hello everyone!

I’m co-founder of Reblox Solutions, a software factory that develops custom projects for clients. Along with my partners, we got tired of making products for others, and some months ago we focused on making a product 100% ours.

With the emergence of Artificial Intelligence, we noticed a significant lack of serious tools for managing social media. As a result, we created Followr.ai, an AI-based social media management platform designed to help businesses and individuals effectively manage their accounts.

Here is what you can do with Followr.ai:

* Create relevant and fast content with AI tools * Schedule and automatically post for you * Collaborate with your team on the same content calendar * Analyze your social media with metrics * Respond to comments and DMs with AI assistance

To allow people to test the platform, we offer a limited free version and then once they want to subscribe to one of the plans, they have a 7-day free trial where they have access to all the functionalities of the plan before we start charging them (they can unsubscribe at any time).

For the support part, we decided to integrate it with Intercom where there is currently only one person behind responding to queries (hopefully we will grow and be able to expand the support team).

For sales and support video calls, we integrated it with Calendly.

Please try it out and let me know if you have any feedback, I will really appreciate it . I'm also happy to take any other technical questions you may have.

marquitosplaza··on How do you determine the scope of your MVP?
Haha, I believe we couldn't have launched this MVP in less than two months, unless we had released isolated features as micro-SaaS. That's also an option.
marquitosplaza··on How do you determine the scope of your MVP?
Hey there,

Thank you very much for the help! We were just chatting among the partners in our daily meeting and we reviewed these 3 points that you mention.

Clearly, the most valuable learning will come from our users, and the final product may change from our initial assumptions depending on their needs.

Our biggest fear is the last you mentioned: that people care about the product, but expect more than what is available in the MVP, leading to churn. However, as you point out, new users will arrive and see a better product, as we learn and listen to our active users.

I think we have all made up our minds

Thank you very much for the help!
