makepanic··on Ask HN: Webdevs, designers: what devtools should we (Mozilla) build in Firefox?
I really love what you're doing with the developer tools in Aurora. But I'm missing a network tab.
makepanic··on The London Underground turns 150. See how the tube map has changed

makepanic··on Show HN: WordCount.is
It's pretty easy to do in javascript. Made a Gist with a simple example https://gist.github.com/3764261
makepanic··on Ouya: A New Kind of Video Game Console
I'm wondering how they try to solve the problem of getting a touch optimized game to work fine with a analog controller. I know that they said something about a touchscreen, but havn't shown some sort of concept for it.
makepanic··on Colorjoe - A Scaleable Color Picker (No Images)
using opera 12 on win7 the cursor position isn't matching the color picker circle :(
makepanic··on Why the Raspberry Pi will save the UK
it works fine in opera, if you disable the 'overflow: hidden;' on the body element
makepanic··on Rich Hickey's new project: datomic.com
somehow the page is broken in opera. Disabling the content: " ."; in #main resolves the problem.
makepanic··on The Humble Bundle for Android (and Mac / Windows / Linux)
On the other hand the page with your download links is well optimized for mobile devices.
makepanic··on Why I use vim
While learning vim it was really helpful to rebind the left/right arrow keys to change my cursor moving behavior.

Right now left is :bp and right is :bn to move through my active buffer.

makepanic··on Famous Logos Designed Entirely in CSS
Made something similar a while ago:

http://sy0t0s.bplaced.net/demo/hero/ - Apple logo

http://sy0t0s.bplaced.net/demo/tubes/ - Nixie tubes

http://sy0t0s.bplaced.net/demo/opera/ - Opera Browser in your browser

I have more, but don't want to spam links. If you want to see more you can crawl through the /demo/ folder on the page. Most of them are experiments with CSS3, javascript and html5.

makepanic··on Html5 Neonflames
works fine with opera 12alpha
makepanic··on Show HN: readfa.st - learn to read faster
mh would be awesome if you make an background-Fallback for the buttons or add prefixes for more browsers.

i.e. in Opera i don't see any linear-gradient if you only use -moz- / -webkit- just add a background:#color one line above the linear-gradient. Older browsers display the #color and newer browsers use the background:linear-gradient

makepanic··on Google Correlate by Drawing
really love this: "football camps" http://www.google.com/trends/correlate/search?e=id:Vv0RVxr9d...
makepanic··on Why Ubuntu Linux is now ready for primetime

makepanic··on Why Ubuntu Linux is now ready for primetime
