For reference, the Finnish voting experience is such that about a month before the election you get a card to your registered address, telling what the election is and what's your polling place. Then you show up on the day in question, show an ID, they check that against their list and off you go.
As an example, I pulled the stats for an electric locomotive. 19x3x4.4 meters, mass 90 metric tonnes. That's an average density of about 1/3rd of water.
Edit: I was wrong, the locations do have small (5-10 MW) district heating networks.
Sweden is currently split into four pricing areas due to lack of grid capacity. All the cheap electricity is typically in the north (hydro) and then the price creeps up when you head south.
It's too bad the live electricity flow data is offline today, but there's a common pattern where SE1 pricing area in the north sends little under 2 GW to Finland (single zone) and most of it gets exported to SE3 around Stockholm.

Just make a stiff gel and hit it with a stick blender for desired consistency and lumpiness. This does introduce a lot of small air bubbles in it, so if you need clear slime let it stand for a few hours.
We already have a bunch of local non-interoperable systems, so what's one more?
Or if you like to have something modern, Paimio Sanatorium or Turning Torso.
The gist of the conjecture is that if the customers can wait out for price drops and the monopolist wants to sell their thing, then after a few rounds of "he knows that we know that..." the price ends up to be the marginal cost.
Now, real world disagrees with the model, so next steps are to examine why this happens and maybe discover some new economic interaction.
The bigger issue with that plan was be that the king was off fighting a war in Poland.
And there are probably others but with even less visibility / willingness to interact with private customers. Hell, I used to live next door to a sales office for a local PCB fab, but they never bothered to answer my inquiry about prototypes.
(That's another thing the proto-friendly companies do right: instant quotes without log-in requirement)
Also the late night cravings are more specific: instead of vague "need to eat something", it's "I'd love a tomato" or "mmm yogurt" or "actually a load of carbs would hit the spot".
There low-temp/cold DH systems out there that rely on heatpumps in the buildings to extract the heat. Less losses in the network and you can even use them for cooling, but needs heat pumps everywhere.
In comparison, a traditional heat exhanger is pretty simple technology; just a hunk of metal with a valve.
But up north there's at least one city (Kajaani) on data center heat; details in another comment.
Apparently the local supercomputer cluster in Kajaani has also been hooked up in 2021 and is responsible for a fifth of heating.
(Seasonal heat storage is also a thing, Espoo's neighbours have tens of GWh of storage, with a new 90 GWh cavern in the works. Not sure if the systems are interlinked.)
If I were in the GA Marketing Committee I'd publish a paper with suitably hand-picked worked examples where the vector approach is long and tedious, and GA version is short and sweet.

For about two seconds before I cut the power.
