I'm not aware of legal trouble involving the the Zelda 64 recomp project, which would have a much higher chance of attracting the attention of big N (especially now that a new version of OoT is coming out).

At least in the way that I see it, a recomp is like building your own turntable to play your vinyl records, after stydying their grooves and infering how they would sound (so I guess that it would be less gray than an emulator).

Nowadays with ai agents code is not worth much, but this repo contains some lessons learned that might help others save time :)

This project might be a good reference if you want to publish a web-based game on steam and/or android, as the glue is already there. It also has an in-house framework to abstract Phaser's scenes (I call them "screens"), with proper behavior isolation and resource cleanup.

There are some static generators like Hexo, Jekyll, Hakyll and others - they provide a good mix of using static files and compilation to generate indexes, tags and other features that "dynamic" systems provide. Some setups are really complex, but for personal projects, you can keep it simple.

What's the actual instance of prejudice, harassment that is being reported? I saw a lot of very serious accusations in the article (the kind that is capable of ruining a carreer), but no links or screencaps of the actual wrongdoing.

Yes, you are right! Pinto is a very common surname that can also mean "dick". When used in this context it does not call a lot of attention - but it would be unthinkable to call a product "Pinto"
