well isn’t the point of the movie that if you have a doomsday-(dead man switch)-device you should let everyone know?

I don’t get that comparison with data being available everywhere

> …most people don’t learn from advice at all. They learn from consequences. They have to touch the stove themselves. Words bounce off; pain sticks.

It hurts to see your child in this position but it (often is) a quick learning, and we hope that it is no more than a 1st degree burn.

→ To ease the transition, players will still be able to download previously purchased content after the closing date for the foreseeable future.

does this literally mean what I think it means, you get up to a certain date a chance to download purchased content, and… will that content play without calling PSN servers? and download whereto, an external HDD, can I make copies of my HDD?

can‘t people receive any kind of forewarning and prepare themselves? it‘s not like they will try to download a chariot or something

/me wonders of the privacy label should actually mention that it reads everything and the kitchen sink!!!

this is fantastic, just great really, and honestly makes one stick out so easily, reminfs me a lot of that license plate xkcd

On “field trips” where laptop is too much and just the iphone is too little, I have been pairing my ipad with a k380 for the last 200 years and cannot complain much. The only warning I get is that k380 causes some kind of interference with the apple pencil and other bluetooth connected devices. Can’t precise exactly how much though.

the mind boggles what those numbers could actually build (as in actual physical construction) and yet here we are with so much „entertainment“ options we can‘t decide what to watch.

what do you mean by “third places”?

great stuff, full speed ahead, great op for contractors

and yet everybody is one discoord channel away from everybody else hundreds if not thousands of km away, eager to talk, voice their opinions etc… crossing the street, meet your neighbor, too much hassle

vehicular speed is very important as a consideration in any road curvature, as well as “pitch and yaw” when changing slope and direction at speed, so… simple it is not, and if we are mostly “offsetting” straight lines and arcs, we are doing it wrong

the most profitable pizza, pizza base + one (literally one) piece of minced tomato, yes you read that right, one “nico” of tomato

that pizza will set you back 0 USD because rounding error, the dough is free (if I remember well) and a bit of minced tomato is less than a rounding error, so effectively zero

then you sell the pizza for the lowest price

customers will hate it, but the price is so good

you don’t even need ice cream anymore

nothing but respect for water

yes but maybe it’s still cheaper in DE than the time cost of learning JP

it’s cray cray that in non Schengen foreigners can drive 90 days im Germany with their foreign issued driving license, but natives are subject to insane whims of the driving Schule…

I use this font with notepad++ It’s great great stuff

nice! that project shadowglass is really neat, as an engine, hopefully the dev will have support from good artists to fully exploit the engine’s capabilities, as is it has great potential!!!
