People fall off bikes or flip over handle bars and land on their heads without the infra straw man everyday. The simpler conclusion is, if other people are doing it in my group and I don't want to think about it, I'll do it that way too. Wear your helmets to protect all that Stanford learnin.
Good post, but that advice about the first 6 months, learning how the top caste thinks. Is the grossest thing I've ever herd. Shopify must be as ridiculous to work in as their APIs are to use.
What research? Blog articles? I've been working remotely for 14 years and I can definitely say inspiring conversations happen on the phone most of all. Video chat is not sorted yet. The idea that spontaneous conversation spurs anything positive is Office Space nonsense.
That's why they made it the lead of the article. They can't defend anything else about the response to the protests so they try and say the protestors are being illiberal. It's all BS dude. Wise up. 1st Amendment happening in PDX and they gotta not get killed by police and Proud Boys while they're at it.
You should read about how Anarchy treats it's mentally ill before you decide they don't have a solution to that simple problem. The way we treat mentally ill in Capitalism is a crime.
Overengineering at it's worst. The vast majority of all apps do not need containerization. They just need Apache and a competent person at the wheel. I've switched back from AWS for many of my projects and I love how simple it used to be.
AWS to Heroku is like going from Sugar to Chocolate cake. It's still made with Sugar. Try Apache. The config is XML. How much simpler can people make it?
I'm all for punching up and PG often writes total BS, but universities do not universally agree because they are church states. Let's keep hitting graham tho. He's the real powerful idiot.
Literally everything does CRUD. Easier is a mirage you'll never reach. I say add Snippets for common things and more file generating and keep cracking with Rails. You'll speed up in no time.
It's a remote incendiary device. That anyone can just buy and use to burn down any structure with no barrier to entry. That's the point. Why are people so obtuse?
