The proper role of the education system of any given country, and a good predictor of its success, is how well it teaches us to evaluate the difference.
I'm not sure the bit about what share of income tax is paid by the wealthy is meaningful here, outside of right wing think tank PR releases (your linked site is funded by the Koch Brothers btw. Just a heads up).
And China has their own version of FB, what will that be used for in the hands of a totalitarian government?
Not really surprising at all.

Most would agree that in a capitalist system there MUST be some inequality to provide incentive; extreme inequality is unsustainable; an economy (and society) is at it's best when inequality is low; and progressive earnings taxation is in fact the only proven and viable solution to address extreme inequality.
I rarely see this foundation laid here or in "the media". We can bitch and moan about the 0.1%ers and the tax code they've written for us, and it's certainly entertaining. But let's try to agree generally on where we want to go before discussing how to get there and who's going to drive.
The worst is when someone else notices it before you. We came in to work on Monday and some reported that they couldn't log into the system. We checked logs and noticed there were timeout errors on some SQL queries. Huh, that's odd, why is there a query "update Users set deletedat=now()" with no "where" clause running in production??? Turns out someone was in a hurry and tried to make a test pass without thinking to much about what the code was doing. Then - push right to prod on a Friday evening!
I am cringing.
Good teams have a balanced skill sets I've found. You need some uber-algorithm guys who can pass questions like this, but you also need engineers who can fill in all the rest of the tasks that make up a production worthy system. I have not found that the uber-algorithm guys always pay attention to detail, put in good comments, think of all the edge cases, communicate well with outside teams, etc.
Those types of engineers are what you consider a "bad hire", and won't be working at Google.

Personally, I gave up on the commute and just rented an apartment 9 minutes away from work and 5 minutes away from the new expo line (train line from Santa Monica to downtown LA) by bicycle.
On a serious note, presuming a significant increase in trust among all parties, wouldn't this idea radically change an ominous situation (Iran having weapons-grade plutonium laying around) into one with peaceful, mutually beneficial, trust-building cooperation between formerly antagonistic nations? Have not stranger things happened?
Do you have any stats on "legit" LLCs vs. "fraud" LLCs? I would imagine that the VAST majority of LLCs are started by honest people just looking to create something new. There will always be social hackers in all fields of human endeavor looking to exploit loopholes for personal gain, but my assumption is that they are a small minority.
It seems like the benefits of LLCs to a society would outweigh the negatives.
