Companies own you - they pay a subscription (your salary) to rent you. Wouldn't it be great if they could pay a one-time fee to own you forever?

https://www.top-rated.online/ re-sorts the reviews (on individual place page) based on reactions and number of reviews user made. It makes it easier to see the full picture and avoid fake reviews.
I was going through the all devices and found that a TV which is most of the time off, was using that much power. Now I keep it unplugged.
But it makes rather confusing on how to connect it on an e.g. laptop without having to scan the QR code with the mobile device first. If the password is 63-char length, typing it wouldn't be 'quick'.
I have been considering releasing a product only for tracking ToS only but haven't managed to release it yet.
The founder did take those billions, so not sure what he was expecting to happen, ads looks like the only business model to turn profit quickly in this sort of business.
Besides, there are so many people using WhatsApp in developing countries that wouldn't pay if they can get something similar for free and competition in chat apps is big.
I probably have over 30000 photos there so it's a long process to download them all.
Of course, it is going to happen eventually.
However, I do have a dozen of photos there with no easy way to export hiqh quality photos in one go that worries me.
However, I realised that it is going to be bad for SEO as I cannot do serverside rendering this way.
I cosidered adding a WordPress blog, but eventually just ended up with a simple markdown rendering from the files - 1 file - 1 post.
If you manage to find a easy way to support serverside rendering, the product is going to be good.
So if I receive a claim from Google legal team, I will take the site down.

As a digital nomad I travel different cities a lot. However, it is difficult to find the best places and there were numerous of times where the the food in restaurants was just awful.
This is how the idea for this small project came. Although, the reviews and review count may not always show that the place is best, it helped me to find some great places without putting too much effort.
I also added feature to see "hidden gems", small places that have very high rating but not too many reviews. These I like most as the places are usually new, cheap and focus highly on quality.
As that content is mostly free, I see why you decided to discontinue the app.
They have completely lost my trust of using their non-primary services.
However, the monopoly is so high that's it's difficult for other companies to compete.
Some features are missing, but I hope the GitLab team will add sooner or later.
In Jira, there was too much customisation which made it difficult to configure properly and as many times I tried to come up with perfect workflow, I have failed to do.
Since biycoun doesn't have subscriptions, you'd need to topup your account X amount which then gets distributed over the months to bitpatreons?
Had an idea to make a website for my wedding too (married one year ago), but in the end, decided to go with traditional paper invitations as would be difficult to explain to older people how to RSVP and paper invitations would be more cost-efficient (By comparing the time needed to build the website with my hourly rate).
For big Indian weddings with hundreds of people, I do see that the website can benefit by not needing to contact each person about RSVP status.
