Encryption for secret chats doesn't involve server, so technically it can be analyzed.
It's a pity Telegram decided to roll their own encryption scheme. I use Telegram a lot for daily business because it's superior desktop messenger product. I would gladly participate if somebody started a crowd-funding for Telegram's security and encryption audit.
When I started to work with EC2 and SSH few years ago I encountered this problem. However I was overwhelmed with the stuff I had to do for actual business and had no energy to investigate.
Next question is, how do we protect against this attack without waiting for few minutes and making all those clicks to find the fingerprints every time we launch an instance?
Which car brand/model is better? Which seat is better for passenger? How much riskier it is to drive during the night? In the rain? How dangerous is it to overtake on road with 1 lane in each direction? What is most dangerous: crossroad with no traffic lights? Turns? City? Highways or smaller roads?
I was not able to find any meaningful research. There are ratings by different government agencies (US, UK, Australia etc), but basically all cars have highest rating which I find hard to believe.
https://myaccount.google.com/purchases is empty for me, and I sure do have a lot of email receipts on my gmail. It also says "Purchases made using Search, Maps, and the Assistant are organized to help you get things done, like tracking a package or reordering food".
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/05/17/google-gmail-tracks-purchase... "Google says it doesn’t use this information to sell you ads."
Google used emails for ad targeting which was mentioned in Microsoft "Scroogled" ad campaign in the US. But Google says it stopped doing so years ago.
Do I miss something?
"Something went wrong We're sorry. This page failed to Outline."
I'm honestly curious, what could CEO say differently?
In fact, it was my best experience among online courses on any subject.
It teaches from very basics, at the same time the projects are diverse and fun because 3D-assets and effects are provided.
Chunk size is perfect, few minutes video and then it's few minutes of work in the editor. Videos have short text summary so there's no need to rewind the video if I missed something.
Often it solves a problem in a naive but incorrect way, and then fixes it. So when I encounter a problem in real project, I often have experience dealing with it.
It has debugging projects, where you have a complete project which is broken in multiple ways. So smart. In my regular programming work I spend most time debugging, not creating from scratch.
The narrator (Carl D.) is charismatic, videos are very professional.
I wish there were more courses with same structure and quality. Can't recommend it enough.
Do what feels right and take care of yourself.
People I know don't care much about sounds, and I feel alone with me being easily annoyed by all the sirens, honks, music, PA in airports, cars blazing by, etc.
Good to know there are more people who care about silent environment.
