kw_devon Show HN: Giraffocus – iOS app blocker with a mindful pause

We all know the feeling: you unlock your phone for “just a second” and lose 20 minutes (or even more!). Giraffocus interrupts that cycle with a gentle mindful pause, so you can catch yourself and save hours each week.

I built Giraffocus for myself, to stop doomscrolling. The mindful pause gives you a few seconds to reconsider whether you really want to open the app.

I’d be super happy if you tried the app. Any feedback is more than welcome!

What isn't a product company? Agencies, software houses, e.g: EPAM.
