This. Same, got a lot of spam getting to my inbox this morning.

Why not Matomo?

Super interesting topic. Long and boring article.

Agree. Yet, I find myself checking social media to see if the company is still alive/active. When seeing a lot of activity on social media, I assume they do well or at least they are still in business.

I am using dev tools when editing templates in mailchimp interface code editor. Did not get banned yet.

it frozen my browser

Service status pages are so useless.

Alan Watts, but rather than his books I recommend to start with audiobook with his lectures.

I have this bookmarked from a few weeks ago found on HN [1].

I was shopping for TV a few months ago, and spent weeks researching. My conclusion is that most online the reviews are useless, all the quality comparison is something I would never notice myself. I went with TCL 50" Class 4 Series 4K UHD Smart Roku TV, Model: 50S435, and I love it. Cheap, roku works great, quality is great, I don't use cable, I am streaming from Netflix only.

One of the biggest reasons I keep buying apple products and do not mind the cost, is that I always have great experience with Apple handling my issues. I had my AirPods Pro replaced twice for no cost (sure they shouldn't break on their own, but still), they fixed my laptop while on warranty for no cost. Once when I had to pay for fixing my keyboard (4 year old laptop without apple care), they charged me for the keyboard replacement and they returned me a laptop with new screen and new battery free of charge.

Also, I dont know if they have 24/7 support, but last week I had live chat with their support on Sunday evening.

I feel the opposite. The harder to get here, the more exclusive it feels.

We all want to know it. How much did this domain cost?

I have recently discovered macros on google sheets. With an option of scheduling them in the cloud and simplicity of writing them, even with my limited coding skills , it allows me to put together pretty complex dashboards.

I am new to NFT, so just a stupid question. Are those numbers real? Like $200k worth of crypto for a CryptoPunk?

Honestly, who is reading and following a recipe that is longer than a list of ingredients and a few sentences of instructions?

^ this. I was excited to try it out, but there is no wayI create an account just to take a quick look. I am 99% sure this will not work for me and my team, but I wanted to just check, maybe show it to my team. This needs no registration demo.

Unfortunately, in some areas you just cannot find one without HOA.

Misleading. It’s just a hole in a wall to another apartment that is abandoned. If you make a hole in a wall behind your bathroom mirror, you will actually find yourself in another apartment, this is how it works.

Reviews and rankings are broken across the industries. For products I usually start my journey at NYT Wirecutter https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/.

I was also recently looking for a place at Apartments.com, as I learned all places get 5 star ranking to start, and it’s of course not clear at all in the UX. I think at the moment google maps does pretty good job with rankings.

Slow for some actions. Example: It changed my status with like 10 sec delay

@TheCapeGreek -- I saw this comment a few days ago, I bough the book you recommended `Robert Glover - No More Mr. Nice Guy` and I read it in a day. I will be replaying it again and again and working hard to apply principles from it. I just wanted to thank you! The recommendation in your comment is changing somebody's life (mine). Thank you.

After months of frustrations dealing with JIRA, our team switched to Youtrack[1], it is more than 2 years now using it and we are extremely happy with this tool. Best yet, it is supper affordable for small teams.

For those who love eating clams and just like myself wonder how safe it is to eat clams, while they filter huge amount of water -- yes, it would be like eating a used filter, that's why clams that you get in restaurants must be grown in very clean water [1].

This missing ")" in the title and in the content gives me goosebumps.

Do you remember Dating Ring [1], a startup from gimlet media? That was actually the first time I paid for a dating site. They interviewed me in person and hand picked matches. They actually gave me a few good matches and I ended up dating somebody from their match. I wish they were still around.

Agree with large monitor - game changer. But Amazon shows only 3/5 stars for Sceptre 27" 4K monitor.

HN does the same. Just username and password. No email. Very interesting concept.

I do, I feel obligated to donate at least $5 per year as this is one of my most visited sites. The internet would not be the same without wiki, and it makes me feel like I am supporting the Internet by those small donations.
