The obvious, obvious thing is to simply pay the doctor a fix priced each month wether they diagnose you with something or not. Well above what they would earn elsewhere.

Their incentive then becomes to keep a good relationship with you so you continue to pay them. The best way to do that is to keep you healthy and happy.

These types of blanket rules are useful to ensure a 100% accurate test case. If an error in production costs me $15 Million I don't really care if the engineer wastes a few days to follow a dumb rule.

Also I can employ a $75k - $100k/year engineer and say follow this protocol for testing. If I want someone who can optimize test case 100% of the time with zero mistakes ever then I might have to pay $150k - $200k / year.

I have crazy bad dust mite allergy. Had it tested and my skin prick had a reaction going all the way up my arm.

I woke up every morning feeling terrible. Since then I made the following changes that have completely changed everything.

1) Got a robot Vacuum with hepa filter that cleans under the bed

2) Got dust mite covers for my pillow etc

3) Got a Hepa filter that runs constantly for both my furnace and my room

4) Installed a dehumidifier that lowers the humidity in the entire house. Dust mites loooove humidity above 50 percent.

Now I wake up feeling pretty decent everyday
