>we often see with think-pieces that want to take on an air of authority. It's very simple to convince people right now with a reference to an article every other word, regardless of how reliable or even relevant each of the references actually is. The effect though is that the piece attains a state of legitimacy

[case in point this Youtube Video that's been making the rounds.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqFNbCcyFkk)

What we need is Manny Coto...again...

a private business can ask if an animal is service dog:

[1]Businesses may ask if an animal is a service animal or ask what tasks the animal has been trained to perform, but cannot require special ID cards for the animal or ask about the person's disability.

Very interesting read.

I do mean Nelson and I am elated! Didn't notice they had already announced the decision, I'm behind it seems. Ty!

At the end of my ordeal I had to pay 25 dollars of non-refundable "court costs". There is a Supreme Court to be decided on soon which should determine the constitutionality of this practice even after one has been exonerated.

Some states you get money, some states you are not entitled to any whatsoever.

Is there anyway to donate by BTC?

"Fortunes will be made helping people reconnect with what it means to be alive."

That sends a chill down my spine.

Well I mean for the moon landing hoax debate one can not only look at stuff left behind on the moon's surface let alone the fact that you can bounce a laser off of mirrors left on the surface to measure the distance from the Moon. It is also high unlikely that such items were placed there using automated methods.

Clearly not everyone agrees with you but honestly I'm in the same boat.

Why post anything from ZeroHedge? Really....

>How many people do you know that wouldn't just click "accept" on "this user's keys changed"

Literally everyone not tech savvy, this what happens on signal.

I've always wondered when this would happen. If premium content went programmatic we would see a massive upending of the advertising status quo.

Makes you wish companies weren't able to abuse the H1B program and the nature of the independent contractor/employer relationship.

I was wrong about FB's valuation way back when during their IPO. I remember thinking, no way FB is worth that. On a side note, does anyone know off-hand how Zuck was able to accomplish such remarkable retention of control as a founder of FB? So many founder's have lost control of their companies, yet Zuckerberg was able to use an arcane stock set-up to do this?

made the mistake of upgrading a friends \phone thinking it needed it like an android device...nope basically bricked it. I mean the 4s worked but but it was essentially not usable at that point. Gotta love planned obsolescence.

> lest we end up with putting GPS trackers and video recording devices on each and every person.

....phones?

>Are those 2 ideas incompatible?

Well that is that the point of a republic/representative democracy/federalism?

The amount of mismanagement and lack of foresight on both sides of the aisle is disgusting.

Those POV shots [1] of the impact are devastating and telling.
