More that I'm a rank plagiarist of rank plagiarists ;)

Updated to combine the attribution.

No, just a trove of connected personal notes recently compiled. But they draw heavily from quotes I've collected, so I could see how they could come across as artificially curated.

Made the front page and was promptly removed, so maybe too overtly promotional... thank you for the kind words though!

Ha! Feel free to share, print, etc.

Ugh, now I won’t be able to unsee that. Good call!

Thanks for sharing this. “Keep burning the candle at 110% … It takes something from you that you aren’t going to get back.” That’s something I’ve been feeling but haven’t been able to articulate after a prolonged sprint. It’s not quite burnout because it doesn’t erase your capability right away, but it takes a compounding toll.

Kind of you to ask! Just WordPress + a stack I've been using for eons. Easy for me to replicate and portable.

You couldn't be more correct. I wasn't actively thinking of DFW when I wrote this post, but his stuff is everywhere in my notes.

A DFW post I wrote: https://kupajo.com/david-foster-walleye-sic/

"I'm not writing it down to remember it later, I'm writing it to remember it now." Not sure who said that, but I think of it often.

Thanks for this! I had never encountered this term.

And beautiful website/content by the way.

Appreciated and updated! Also added a link to the article I printed years ago.
