This is so much in its own bubble; I had to work through multiple pages including the about page, to get the vibes that this is probably about US Baseball sports bets? none of the examples on the front page made any sense to me, most pages are full of unexplained abbreviations but I also recognize im not the target audience. The basics could be more clear though.

Very cool! It would be nice to have a bit more information in the readme about the project structure and e.g. how to adapt it for other cities :)

Maybe I'm not the target group if I don't know it, but the page not once explains what FIRE means/abbreviates.

I like to use ShareDrop.io [1]. It's peer to peer, auto discovers in local networks but works globally with shareable links. Only downside, because nothing is stored it's not asynchronous.
