News like this seems to be dominating my feed lately. Very depressing.

Not sure how you exercise to audiobooks, unless maybe its running or something like that. Up-tempo music really helps increase my cadence. I've tried w/ podcasts and audiobooks and am forced to switch back or else just find myself half-halfheartedly working out.

For me, a 100% remote job was great at first but quickly became torture and lead to some really unhealthy habits (more snacking, increased alcohol intake, staying up late and sleeping until 7:55 etc.) - but everyone is different and perhaps someone who is more of an introvert would do better than I did with this.

If this is happening in France, then you can expect India to see similar temperature anomalies in the future. Not much to laugh at really.

I wouldn't say my take-away was that it was intended to be anti-nuclear, but with the need to move more towards nuclear now more than ever it felt poorly placed. That context makes sense though.

EDIT* What I mean by this is that the facts were dramatized for effect, at a time when we need to change societal opinions on nuclear more than ever.

I recently finished Isaacson's biography on LDV and, while somewhat slow at parts, it was thoroughly enjoyable as well as inspirational. I would highly recommend it if you have any interest in history and/or the man himself. What stood out most to me was the affirmation of the power of disparate fields information when applied to creativity/innovation.
