But lets not forget the Genocide the CCP is forcing upon Uighurs, Nepal and other regions. CCP are faschists and we all should look that fact in the eye.
Are you ok to work for faschists is the real question.

It's not only an insult of EU data protection laws and the EU basic rights charta.
Not only are the big US cloud providers evading taxes and stiffling competition in the EU, they are also instrumental to US hegemonial ambitions. All your data (and taxes) belongs to us. That's whats going on.
I wonder how long the standard contractual clauses will hold, I don't see how they are doing better.

sure the requirement differ, but so do circumstances under which a meal has to be cooked (differing number of consumers, allergies, different properties of ingrediences requiring changes,..). Cooking can be difficult as well, see french cuisine.
I hope the review of the GDPR this year will change the one stop shop principle.
I've lived in Finland decades ago and it was very different from where I came from - clean so to speak. Even in Helsinki Weed was hard to come by. No weird guys lurking on corners and all this scum one encounters in big cities in the wrong districts. There were no wrong districts. Scandinavia is/was (?) a different culture also because it was not riddled with such untethered people.
didn't the last governments hollowed out public schools and other educational institutions to curb education and thus be elected by more steerable people?
the other reasons you list are minor issues, who needs constant update possibilities, phone call forwarding to your Mac, airplay and handoff on the way? yes, I also forgot switch off wifi and burned through my volume, but we shouldn’t dumb systems down. People need to understand cause and effect, especially in IT.
I am not used by FB but it most certainly maintains an account of me.
Additionally, handing over data does not give FB full usage rights to it. At least in the EU, data subjects enjoy the basic right of informational self determination. FB may have to answer in a more comprehensive manner with the GDPR coming into effect.
