There are a lot of great content on startup schools to find product market fit. I also advise you to read the mom test as it would allow you to learn how to talk to users!

* we have daily standups, retrospective... but also weekly update
* not a big fan of update meeting, but it is pretty hard to remove them. Productive meetings: everything related to creativity / learning
