The problem is the pricing model. All of their competitors work on a subscription model that comes with a pre-existing library of games, while stadia requires you to pay full box-price for all the games you play. If it weren't such a rip-off it'd be more popular, it performs very well at this point.
Not the first time he's been loudly wrong. It really depends on the semantics of the code in question and not on the absolute line length anyways. I've seen 30 character lines that are hard to parse, I've seen 120 character lines that I don't really think about at all.
Thought the same thing, but it was brought to the FBI's attention by the stores who found the packages. Unless they're doing some heroic omissions in their press release, which is not out of the question.
The US gained its advantage during the 40s-70s, when the government sector was a much larger percentage of the economy. We've been coasting on the efforts of that period and are now losing ground to countries that have their act together.
inflation is never a monetary phenomenon, always an overspending problem, the supply of money only matters insofar as it is being spent on output -- if the gov't prints $trillion and buries it in the desert, the price of goods isn't going up
The goal seems to have been to siphon as much money as possible to defense contractors while being politically unassailable, so I think it's succeeded admirably.

Masks aren't about personal protection. In fact the masks that do offer personal protection often have vents which undermines the entire point of wearing the masks in the first place.
You wear them because you might be infected and not know it, and it helps to stop spittle from your exhalations and speaking from atomizing into the air.
Virus pandemics affecting global trade, climate change is starting to build steam and become irreversible, right-wing ethnocentric parties are taking over in much of the developed world.
The biggest thing I took away is that it wasn't the initial outbreak that was abnormally lethal. It was the only after it had been incubating and mutating in millions of human hosts that the second wave broke out.
Not saying everyone needs to have the same level of say in the outcome of the economy, but there's a minimum below which the system becomes unresponsive to real human need and a maximum above which diminishing returns sets in.
He doesn't 'give money away' no-string-attached. He uses the donations to control the way the economy deals with the externalities of capitalism. It's fundamentally anti-democratic for that share of the world's economy to be driven by the whims of one man.
