jollyjerry··on Eventbug Watch JavaScript events finally in Firebug
Do event delegation handler's like jquery's 'live' show up as handlers on the body element?

MORE HAPPINESS NEEDED :)
jollyjerry··on Pizzashare
dig the color scheme and look.
jollyjerry··on Ask HN: My 13 year-old cousin hacked into his school's system. What advice would you give?
If your cousin is interested in doing that kind of work, why not suggest him to volunteer with the school? All the other responses seem to romanticize the rogue hacker. Instead, I think he should come clean, and do his work in the public. He could offer to audit the school's network. For a 13 year old, this would be a great opportunity to teach him to be professional and helpful.

I really like the idea of the drag/drop attachments. I'd use that for attaching screenshots and files I have on my desktop.

my friend also recommended: http://www.postbox-inc.com/

jollyjerry··on Ask HN: Emacs users on OS X, what's your setup?
I agree with Terminal emacs being available anywhere. I do miss the anti-aliased fonts that are available in Emacs.app, but I have to be able to start separate emacs processes for different projects.

Also instead of using cmd-c and cmd-v Mac key bindings, I do M-| (shell-command-on-region) to 'pbcopy' to copy the region to the OSX clipboard. It's a godsend.

Bringing any fun projects?

I'm thinking about going to meet some people and working on my GTD spending tracker, or an art gallery dedicated to meat.

jollyjerry··on Rate My Startup: DomainPigeon.com
I like the look. I thought that clicking on one of the domains felt a little slow. After clicking and waiting, all the info I got was 'This domain is available', with no further action items. Do you keep a blog or feed that we can subscribe to for updates?
jollyjerry··on Ask HN: Review my site - RepSheet.com - Look up your elected representatives
You mentioned reverse engineering NYTime's tool 'Represent'; Have you heard of their 'Congress API'? http://open.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/01/08/introducing-the-con...

Maybe you can use this data also.

I hope these help!
jollyjerry··on Ask HN: Review our webapp (Sproost); team met on HN
I liked how I could immediately start using the StyleEngine. The navigation was great and I had no trouble using it. I thought the 'ruled out' could be a little more prominent so I could see my progress. Definitely a slick site though. Best of luck!
jollyjerry··on Ask HN: Review our app, textpanda (web-based input shortcuts for the lazy)
I like the idea and interface a lot. It'd be nice if there was browser extensions to turn this on by default rather than to have to click a bookmarklet to have it enabled.
