Simple economics when supply is in shortage demand increases. The shortage for 10x devs are so much that the worst a 10x guy from another country can do is reduce the salary of another 10x guy. But with the 1x guy it's a live or die situation, their job is in danger because 1x guys are too much in supply.

It's a comparison between apples and oranges. If he is creating a language he is at least 10x guy and they are in high demand and don't have to bother about the things 1x devs have to worry about like... getting a job or getting financial stability. The problem is always with 1x guys taking jobs of another 1x guys from another nation.

That's the point. The author merely guessed it from the data of other studies which is impressive and totally correct

The mentality was if you are not required to do the physical work then why are you not studying which will free from the physical work forever and you do not have to live a life like the adult uncles who had no choice but to do the physical work to survive . As a school going kids this attitude cause much frustration and depression because they are not permitted to play. But I am happy now that this hard love from my uneducated but well wishing uncles and other souls had made me capable of using internet for other than social media.

If you are not born in India and have guessed this just by studying about India from books and media then you are an excellent guesser.

There is no mention of the conflict in "Thinking fast and thinking slow". This is really shocking.

The rockstar programmers I am aware of are the nicest people for collaboration (Guido van rossum, Jeff dean, John carmack. Propably computer scientists are the one you are thinking of.
