jfghi··on Former US SEC attorney: 'Get out of crypto platforms now'
To me this reads as an off topic whataboutism. Perhaps [0] and [1] deserve their own articles, but neither detract from the overall point of what the tweet is saying and provide any demonstration as to why crypto platforms should continue breaking the law.

Off-topic comparison.

jfghi··on It Wasn't AI
It is, but I think that it would lead to a lot of false positives for automated plagiarism detection.
jfghi··on It Wasn't AI
Ironically, the best detector for plagiarism would be a 15 minute conversation asking the student about their research and opinions on the topics written, kind of like interviewing someone who claims redis expertise on their resume.
jfghi··on It Wasn't AI

jfghi··on Fixing Hallucination with Knowledge Bases
Would you like to compare levels of understanding?
jfghi··on Fixing Hallucination with Knowledge Bases
Not sure as I’m not yet familiar enough with the types of errors occurring. I do think a somewhat more accurate and possibly technical set of terms would be more useful for discussions about it though than hallucination.
jfghi··on Fixing Hallucination with Knowledge Bases
Rant, I think the usage of the term hallucination in this context is entirely too anthropomorphic.

jfghi··on Ask HN: What's with the culture of suppression of dissenting views?
I think one taboo topic is having positive things to say about projects using the C programming language. Immediately it’ll get hit with criticisms from rust promoters even if it’s a domain that rust is quite separate from.
