Class advice lads. Very much appreciate the write ups!

Ui looks nice mate! I’d consider myself an eternally intermediate guitar player. Hit a level of competence and haven’t had the time/drive to move past it. Slightly unrelated, but I’ve always found the current ear training apps to not really translate to helping me pick out songs by ear.

I’ve always wanted an app that focuses more on learning songs by ear, finding the root not and chords/melodies, vs just isolated interval recognition. I’d love to improve at this while on the train which an app would be great for.

I’ve tried: Functional Ear, Earpeggio, and Perfect Ear. Functional ear is my favorite but I find it isn’t translating into my jam sessions.

I'm glad someone found it! Good luck in the queue! :)

Added to the growing bug report list :) Thanks for checking it out!

Interesting, works on my end but I'll admit its slightly weird.

It should automatically make a POST to mailchimp and and open a new page showing your successful email list subscription.

I'd be curious what is happening in your network tab or if the navigation to the mailchimp success page is disabled somehow.

Let me know your browser and system anyway, would be much appreciated! Thanks for looking nonetheless!

Thank you! And UX feedback noted and added to the docket!

Thanks for finding this! I bet this is because I was getting a bit fancy manually setting the urls and it probably messes with the state of the open windows.

Will have a look after dinner.

Fixed, ty!

Huge congrats man. I’m still posting retrospectives because of you. Excited to see your next project!

Looks neat. Don’t listen to the haters

I’m an app/web dev too. Doing a bit more web these days, Next and htmx. But just wrapping up work on a React Native B2C App that had around 50k users. Also a bug mac user ;) Shot me on a msg to the email in my bio

I built a react-native app https://skintheory.app to help people get rid of their acne in a manegable way.

Currently working on an iteration to add affiliate marketing links to skincare products. The amount of money I'm making is comparable to losing my wallet (multiple times).

Im a dev who just moved to Berlin. Found your website and content IMMENSELY well done and useful. Breathe of fresh air to see how up to date the articles were. Made the German bureaucracy much more manageable tbh. Let me know if you'd like some user feedback on anything!

Love DF. Didn't know the community was so vast. Fingers crossed for open source, definitely would add some years of playability for the kiddies.

Praise the miners!
