I think the previous incarnations of this were a bit too creepy and focussed way too much on the location-based aspects of it rather than the experience of augmenting "what's going on around you right now". They were also way too early... Users weren't ready to allow an application to use their location a few years ago.
I built hrnw to connect people who are in the same location at the same time. Think of it as an anonymous chatroom with everyone else who is also on the app at the same time, within a few hundred feet or so of you. I think it would be fun for bars, concerts, conferences, or really any other social gatherings.
Please let me know what you think, if you'd like to know about the stack, and if you see any big issues.

Setting small goals has always helped me keep up the energy to move it forward. When you're working in really small time chunks, it's important to make sure you have something achievable to accomplish. You're not going to be able to do things like "finish the sign up flow" in one night, but you can do things like "finish the authByPassword() method" and still be moving forward.
As for the money aspect of it, that's simple, just don't spend any. Bootstrapping is all about doing more with less, so don't spend anything until you absolutely have to. When you do finally start writing checks, make sure you're spending on things that will have the highest impact.
I'm an experienced manager, but this is still a hugely important point. Mentor relationships are really underrated.
Thanks for the feedback!
I've found that watching some boring TV or having a drink (alcohol) before bed helps.
The entire purpose of working is to exchange your contribution for something of value. Whether that value is an intellectual reward, money, equity, etc. is up to you. It seems that in the beginning you valued the intellectual reward the project gave you, but that is now dwindling.
I would have a frank conversation about your compensation and IP, and be prepared to move on. Don't let your emotions get the best of you, this is business.
