At 20 years old, I haven't yet experienced job interviews myself. However, I've seen friends struggle despite being qualified. They returned from interviews frustrated, not because they lacked skills, but because they weren't prepared for the specific pressures.
Traditional preparation methods focus on rote memorization and generic advice, leaving candidates unprepared and anxious. There's also a lack of personalized feedback, which keeps candidates guessing about their performance.
The psychological toll of constant rejection and uncertainty erodes confidence and motivation, slowly undermining our industry's talent pool. If left unaddressed, this could lead to a cycle of talented individuals giving up on their dreams.
If these problems persist, we risk losing a generation of talented professionals. This impacts individuals, industries, and economies. Imagine the best candidates missing out on jobs they deserve because they couldn't navigate the interview process.
I will be launching it on Product Hunt. IF you could hit on the notify me button. That would really help me out
