The problem is when the ai has control over the finished product. I prefer to use the ai to create a poster in a 3rd party software like LaTeX, so I can make the final edits
The sculpture was relatively safe for 40,000 years. I think we should study it, 3D scan it, replicate it, and put it back in the cave so it can stay safe for a few more Millenia. In a museum it may be bombed, burnt, or stolen, and that would be a shame.

Another use for high RAM GPUs is the simulation of turbulent flows for research. Compared to CPU, GPU Navier-Stokes solvers are super fast, but the size of the simulated domain is limited by the RAM.
Americans have to deal with the cost of living near data centres, and everyone on the planet has to deal with global warming. At least the AI companies are providing a free tier that almost anyone with internet can use.
