Edit: I should mention I spent upwards of an hour each day for those years doing physical therapy rehab. I turned down recommendations of surgery during that time as well.
I created Debbit to automate meeting these spending requirements. Debbit will programmatically buy 50 cent Amazon gift cards and/or pay your cable bill in small increments throughout the month. It's built to be a set it and forget it solution. Run it once and it will execute in the background using headless Firefox month to month. Behind the scenes Debbit is a hand rolled scheduler + Selenium automation.

You'll never net more than $1000/year in one of these accounts given they have balance limits. Some folks sign up for multiple high interest checking accounts in order to park more money.

It's important that people understand proper deadlift form though. It's a bit more complicated than just picking the barbell up off the ground.
macOS regularly forgets my pixel perfectly aligned monitor layout. I wrote displayplacer so that I could describe and apply monitor layouts (resolution/orientation/positioning) through the terminal. Now, upon plugging in, if my displays are all mixed up I hit a hotkey mapped through BetterTouchTool to apply a displayplacer profile.
Under the hood this is using Quartz Display Services to manipulate the displays. Let me know if this is useful and if there's any feedback.
