the most likely scenario (in my mind) is that managers realized some people were not working anymore, checked what was going on, and ended up firing them for not working. the keyboard simulator was just a side thing.
now as regards to the focus of other people in this thread that wells fargo is to blame, my assumption is that the managers are not great either
I take responsibility for the end to end experience of said API, so I will do whatever gives the best value per time spent. This often has nothing to do with the ML models.
I am for fighting/hustling this if this is doable
all the ATS (=recruiting softwares) are not built for that
think about it: they typically support looking at one resume at a time, then click a yes/no button, then show the next one
it is not easy to use OpenAI as you mentioned. many problems. one is: you will need to search/scroll for those resumes which the AI selected
i have worked now in the industry for a few years. it is sad.
Recruiters need/want to decide in less than 30 seconds. It is easier for them to just make a rough call after looking at the resume from a distance
The biggest ATS do care about AI and privacy regulations which make this approach legally problematic.
Regarding the EU: if the ATS does NOT list OpenAI as a data subprocessor you can expect they wont send a resume to ChatGPT. They are not allowed to.
I checked https://www.snpedia.com/index.php/Depression but maybe you know better which SNPs are most important?
I got my genome and checked it using promethease, but 'sadly' I didnt get any major 'depression' hit; only minor SNPs which were correlated with 1.5x more probability to get depression
And I got no advice on which diet could help me :)
