or it is a hedge against a market downturn as gold is "not cool" to buy from Tesla and cash should be invested if not used.

If you read the book of the book Work Rules! of Laszlo Bock (HR in google) you will learn that parties and group binding is appreciated more than salary by workers.

So if you see from the money side of things, you can get/keep (more) highly talented people for less money.

I wonder if the Chinese vaccine with 50% efficiency could be used for herd immunity at all. Im not a virologyst, but the false safety of most people vaccinated with it in a country might could trigger even more death? The Chinese vaccine is not even tested above 59 years old. If the young is vaccinated and start to party etc the new more infectious variants could still spread and can reach even more elderly.

Very interesting writing, I wonder if the people sleeping just 6 hours (who are in the best condition acc. to a later explanation) wouldn't be because they have a cause in their life? They have a purpose that is why they get up early and motivated enough to work on it. For people with more sleep might be less motivated in average?

Interesting topic nevertheless.
